Name of company/service: icici prudential

i had a policy in icici of Rs 2000/- per month,but after 8th installment i couldn’t continue the policy for some prob.after few days the icici agent NEHA MUKHERJEE called us and ansure that she will adjust our 16000/-(8*2)if I start a policy of Rs/-15000/- yearly,then I agreed with her and start a policy,but after the new policy I am going to know that no more previous money will add with the new policy,and to avoid suspension I have to continue the new policy for 10 years,where as I am disable to pay Rs15000/-per year,plz help us ,
