Idea Team,

This is in regards to incomplete information on recharge part just got an message that recharge with rs. 248/- & get the talk time of rs. 280/- but it was not mentioned that it will only be used for call purpose.

After calling continuously to complain number I reached them & they are not able to HELP.

Zero Customer Satisfaction.

Request you to please divert the amount towards all deductions Or any other specific solution to it.
