Respected Sir/Madam,
I am user of Airtel using postpaid number 9797979710, as last month September 2013 my bill was generated with amount of 1008.31.Then I complaint costumer care service but they didn`t solve my problem yet. Then I checked my E-bill on my email where I found that they charge extra Rs 543.91. As they giving me stupid, non sense comment against this matter, as this is not fare in any telecom company. Then I complaint again regarding this matter but they did not solve my problem, as I have monthly rent of 100 and 199 unlimited gprs per month. They also permanently stopped my internet service on 28th September as my bill generation date is 4th September to 5th October. As I suffer from a lot of problem due to their unresolved solution, but when I receive E-bill I was shocked and now I don’t have patience for what they are doing wrong to me as I have genuine problem but they don’t give me proper solution. They always told me Blah Blah excuses.
This month my bill details:-

1- one time charges 0.00
2- monthly charges 299.00 (100 rent+ 199 Gprs unlimited)
3-usage charges
call charges 104.50
value added services 11.00
mobile internet usage 28,063.68
roaming 0.00
4- discounts -27,531.30
5- last bill period late fee 0.00
6- taxes 0.00
this month’s charges ` 946.88
In this bill they charged me for Gprs but I have unlimited 199 plan as this is for one time charge for each month. They stopped my internet on 28th but they still charged me amount of Rs543.92 extra for a day, I ask your good self isn’t this fare and possible that any person can use Gprs of Rs 543.92 for 12 hours. While as internet speed was too low and I was exhausted my 2GB data, after that internet speed is going totally reduce, they charged Rs 199 for month but I use only till 28th sep, They should charge me only for usage and rest of the days they need to adjust in account, but they still are not accepting the proper solution. Whatever they did it with me they may be doing the same cheating tricks with other costumer by the help of these fraud tricks they obviously are collecting huge money from the innocent costumer, I hope so I will receive fare and genuine reply from your side, as I face every time month after month problem from Airtel bharti but I keep patience as I don’t have time for such stupid things, I want sue penalty for this from Airtel bharti, either they solve my problem or I sue of Rs 50,000 for this big fraud and all non sense things what they doing it to me, as I feel so irritating every month from their side. After this complaint if there is no solution from Airtel side then I am going to register FIR complaint with this all details at my nearest police station and through online complaint I am going to register at ministry of telecommunication regarding this whole serious matter. I hope this time the higher authority of Airtel bharti can solve my problem easily.
