Sir,
I am a customer of Airtel for the last ten years using the mobile connection 9895234432. There was an issue regarding the 3g data service wherein they had charged me 1200 plus rupees because of their mistake which even their senior executive have accepted and agreed to give waver. But without any notice they barred my call facilities and imposed another 1000 plus rupees for that month also. When Airtel officials contacted me I explain them every thing and they promised to reactivate the connection if I pay Rs. 3214 after discounting the extra amount which was charged due to their mistake. One of the Airtel executive came and collected the amount from me, gave me the receipt and promised to reactivate the connection the next day itself. But it did not happened, so I went to Airtel showroom at Kadavantra but the officials over there behaved like street goondas and threaten me. The asked me to pay the entire amount which they say for the reconnection of the account. This is a pure case of cheating. Now I came to know that Airtel is not having the authority to sell 3g service in Kerala. So they were cheating the entire public. Moreover I am the secretary for the Citu based union in the new generation banking and insurance sector in Kerala and I have given this number for all official communication.
