I had purchased Jaipan Roti Maker from Rediff shopping but BALTRA brand has been delivered on 02/07/2013. The shop, Laxmi electricals , Jaipur advised that they have shipped as per Redfff instruction. I could contact rediff custom,er care with much difficulty (it always takes minimum 1/2 hour waiting then someone picks up the call). They asked me to send pics of the product which have been mailed to them 03/07/2013
Now i am not getting any response from them. Whenever I contact their customer care after 1/2 hour of labour, I get reply that someone would me by evening or I would get a mail from them but till date nothing has happened.
I want to file case in consumer forum. Please guide me.
