I have booked a tour of two for 23rd April 2013 with D Pauls Travel and Tour LTD 50 Shivalik Malviya Nagar,New Delhi 110017 tele Nos 011 66211165, 011 66211144 and paid advance Rs 25000/- vide document no 108687 dt 17th april. The total price was Rs 49998/-. But on 21st april I got heart attack and admiited to Gangaram Hospital and operated on 22nd april. I informed the company (Mr Anuj) for the cancellation. One Mr Nagpal now tells that the money can not be refunded. Actually the document of Rs 25000/- does not have anything written about the rules of the company. I have also sent the proof of my admission in hospital. I am a senior citizen. please help me to get my refund from the company.
