Cheater TATASKY

I have Tatasky connection at my place. My connection number is 9374073237. My tatasky connection is not working from past 14 days, I complained to their call centers daily, but no one was willing to solve my complain. After 14 days of frustration , I asked for stop my services and refund me my balance amount back from my pre-paid account with tatasky. But when they are not listening us for repairing complain, refunding money seems to be an impossible task for me. I request consumer forum to save me from these frauds of tatasky, and penalize tatasky for their malpractices.
