Cheater Nokia

I am Pinaki das
I submitted my Lumia at Nokia care, Burdwan on 6th Feb,2014 within warranty period.
Job card no- 297504886/140206/4
device IMEI- 359300041109795.
There were a lot of problems, but mainly touch problem.
On 28/3/2014 I made a contact with them and they told me that the handset is back after service.
and on 6th April,2014 I visited to Nokia care center and found that my phone is not get cured, still the problem persist.
The distance of Nokia care from my town is 56 kms.
my service request number was- 1-15087378413
and my updated service request number is >> 1-15087386228
and on 1st week of May Nokia care told me that they replaced a new Lumia 710. But when I asked for a extended warranty (obviously I will pay for that) they told me that extended warranty or Nokia care protection is not available for Lumia 710 as the company stopped production of Lumia 710, also my warranty period expired. now my question is that how did they replaced a obsolete hand set? and who will be responsible for this more than 3 month late? i got tired very much for all of this.
help me please if i have to take any further step about this issue.
