Cheater Company

I have ordered on parts Big Boss and i received Defective Head Lights, on same day i had complained on customer service number and they have accepted and agreed on refund for whole order, but did’t picked up return parcel till 15 days, later on few day they stared telling refund is not in our policy, i don’t to fall into mesh so i asked for replacement, but even after one month of received defective item they did’t picked up parcel even after a daily follow up, they are daily giving same answer” Sir kal tak pick up ho jayega” i don’t know when this “Kal” will come.
