My father purchased a flat no.B-1003 in Angan Residency,Vesu,SURAT in year 2010.But builder cheated us badly,there is nothing as per his promise in the flat.There is a big problem of leakage in the whole building from the first day of allotment and all amenities are just vanished from the society for which he promised in his brouchures like club house,munisipal water supply,intercom facility,safety etc. We all flat owners are feeling cheated & after telling him to provide these facilities more then hundred times we decided to go to consumer court.Please help us regarding this.
