This is a serious complaint regarding COMPLIANCE and ETHICS against Reliance staff and Agents. I have a complaint against 2 parties: 1. Reliance Sales Manager – Vivek – SM Code – 70040567 2. A.B Capital – Advisor code – 21247158 Following are my details: Name – Sunil Jadhav Reliance Policy number – 50331062 Reliance Client ID – 84224873 Measures I have taken so far: 1. Written complaint submitted to Reliance Office – Mr. Pankaj Shrivastava, Reliance Life Insurance, Office No 403, 4th floor, Jaisingh Business Center, Parsiwada, Mumbai Sahar Road, Phone no – 02230723171 5. Email to [email protected], Ms. Panigrahi complaince head, Reliance Details of my premium: Premium amount – Rs. 80,000 Cheque details – 1. Cheque No- 242024, dated 18/08/2012 for an amount of Rs. 50,000 2. Cheque No – 242026, dated 20/08/2012 for an amount of Rs. 30,000 Here is how Mr Vivek and A B Capital Cheated me : Here is how I was systematically cheated. I received a call from a person claiming to be from IRDA (who was actually calling from AB CApital). He asked me if I was having problems with my HDFC policy and asked me for my policy details. Since I did not remember the policy number, he asked me to provide him with my birth date. (Which proves that this person is obviously has Sensitive Customer Information) After that I received a call from a woman called Priya Ahuja (probably not her real name). She said that she was a employee of HDFC and HDFC was offering to close the policy and pay me a bonus if only I took out a Reliance Policy. Her argument was that the Reliance policy would not have any agents and hence, the returns would be higher. Also, HDFC will return my premium and money and the Agent commission to my bank account. I have saved her number. Her office number is 022-30247069. She gave me her mobile number 876797962, which obviously does not work anymore. The reason I believed her because she had my HDFC policy number. Her boss, Mr. Deshmukh, also spoke to me and assured that he was calling from HDFC. His number is 30247096. His subordinate, who coordinated with me regarding the policy goes by the name Kunal Pawar. He gave me his Mobile number – 7738733808. His mobile number is also out of service now. I have provided two cheques to the Reliance with the numbers 242026 worth Rs. 30000 and 242021 worth Rs. 50000. The receipt shows that the agent was some A B capital. I assume Priya Ahuja and Deshmukh work for A B Capital. This was the company that cheated me and both these jokers work for this company. Mr. Vivek, the sales manager is involved with this company. I am going to launch a police complaint and a complaint with IRDA against this cheating. However, I thought I should inform Reliance Life Insurance beforehand. I tried submitting my application to discontinue policy at your Andheri east office. Mr. Pankaj Shrivasta but he only took my written complaint. He did not take my policy document or my cancelled cheque. I think this is only a delaying tactic. Also, please take my complaint against Sales Manager – Vivek – SM Code – 70040567 because he is working in tandem with A B Capital. I got a call from Mahesh Garg, Reliance 6.40 PM regarding my complaint. He only called to tell me that he wont cancel my policy because I called up after 17 days! But I was delayed because people from AB Capital kept calling me and saying that my money will be returned. No action on either on 1. Sales Manager – Vivek – SM Code – 70040567, or 2. A.B Capital – Advisor code – 21247158 This is highly unacceptable !! and I have begun to believe that Reliance is party to cheating with A.B capital. Since A.B Capital is working FOR Reliance, they are accountable for this unethical misconduct. I do not wish to continue this policy at all. They cannot force me to continue with this policy.
