Cheated through Zero cost emi

I bought Armani Emporio watch on 12th August from Helios store, Phoenix mall Bangalore, costing Rs.21996 on zero cost emi. Interest and GST is being charged on the emi every month. After multiple follow-ups also I have not received any resolution,no information was provided during the purchase of the watch that GST charges which will be approx. 1K has to be borne by the customer and it was told to me that it will take maximum 60 days to reverse the interest amount while in reality it has been more than 90 days and still I haven’t received any updates. My mails are not being answered.
