They cheated me with substandard furniture

I bought a bed frm housefull furniture for 15000 on 24th april 2015. Within few months the bed started breaking n chipping frm sides … i hav had to call them 5 time in the span of this one year n every time thy fix and go the bed breaks after a month … now thy are saying tht i will have to invest another 2000 to make the bed strong as thy will put support at tge bottom.. i expect all this to be in place whn i by a bed … they have cheated me
