Dear Sir/ Mam,
I had placed an order in Jabong.com on 22nd march 2015 vide order no-150322367676147.After successful payment by me they dispatch the item via First flight courier tracking no-O991Q0911302 and providing a sms the product would be delivered within 6th of April.On 8th April the company gave me a sms the item had been delivered.After that I was calling the customer care of the company aware the matter of nondelivery item showing delivered. But the customer care committed to me we would resolve the problem within 48 hrs.But till now already 4 days has gone the did not delivered the item and also did not issue any refund and did not to received any refund claim.Please take a necessary action.
