Dear sir/madam
I am Vivek kumar from Gaya ,Bihar.I installed an app called naukri .com in my android phone.After it I filled all the information in it with my updated CV.Next day, On 3.3.16 , I got a call from 9821891326 named Shreyank said to me that your CV is selected. But for the further process you will have to register with us with amount 2500.So the same day, I paid the amount(by card to card transfer(4591510115229994)) and also completed the process. He also told me that you will get a call next day and there will be a telephonic interview for you. Next day, the same had happened ,I got a call from mobile no. 7041384923(Dont remember her name) and had finished with my interview.She seleted me for the company named Havells.
The same day,After a while I got a call from mobile no. 9818331057 named Mr. Akash who told me the further process. He said that you have to sign a bond with the company fo Rs. 9500 and the i agreed and I paid the same amount to same card no.
After one or two days, He send me soft copy of my joining letter and also told me that you have to pay Rs 15000 as a security money which is refundable after i joined the company. But iI refused him to pay the same.So according to him, my profile has been cancelled and told me that your amount that I gave him the earlier process will refunded to me in max. 45 days and also said that in the meanwhile you can check your statusby calling us.
but after that i have tried to call him many times but he didn’t respond me properly and I ahve not got my amount of Rs 12000(9500+2500) till the writing this complaint.
So please Kindly help me out
