Respected Sir,
I bring to your kind notice that against the complaint of one LIC agent AzamtullaKhan (Code No. 2688675 who is working under the Development officer N.L. Sekhar (Code No. 11372) at LIC Br, Bannimantapa, Mysore, has cheated me the brand name of valuable L I C. He introduced himself as LIC agent and also as Manager of Kapila Investment Finance & Corporation, RS Naidu Nagar,Mysore. He told me that if you take LIC policy, I accepted this for surety of loan and I will give you at the low interest. As per his explanation I agreed and taken the policy amount of Rs 12 lakhs (No.722085294 on monthly EMI salary deduction basis) which is taken for surety of his finance agency and also he took my other LIC policies for the same purpose. They are as follows:
1. 722085294 Rs 12 Lakhs
2. 722490933 Rs 1 lakh
3. 721753144 Rs 2 lakhs
4. 721763074 Rs 1 lakh
Total Rs 16 lakhs.
The above original policy documents are taken by AzamtullaKhan for assignment for loan purpose which were sent by me to him on 14.12.11 by Regd post. Next day he came and met me that surety Rs 16 lakhs policy are not enough for that loan and to take at least another Rs 1 lakh policy is (single premium policy) need. But I could not able to take Rs 1 lakh policy and I convinced and gave one more policy for Rs 75,000 (single premium) through cheque but he did not accepted the same. He said that cheque will take more time and asked for cash to get the loan quickly. I believed him and given him cash of Rs 75,000 to him on 15.12.11 at Vivekananda circle at one fruit juice shop. He took the cash and told me that you will get loan in Jan 2012 along with your single premium document, but I did not get any information till today. I contacted him over phone but he did not receive my phone. He sent message that I get my loan as soon as possible. He is sending the same message till today. That is why I tried to contact him directly at his home, but he was not available. His family members told me that for more than one and half months he is not coming to house. Now I felt that this LIC agent AzamtullaKhan deliberately cheated me. Because of him I suffered a lot in mentally, healthily, economically and also loose of my self-respect from my family, and society. So kindly take action and punished against the LIC agent Azamtullakhan who cheated me. And also I Request you kindly collect my all original documents which are already sent to him by registered post for surety purpose, which are these already informed to you on 14-12- 2011. I also need my single premium policy of Rs 75,000 bond (Table No. 802,End.Policy )
Once again I request you to kindly take action against him and deliver the good verdict for my sufferings.
