cheated in the name of delivery franchise

I am from Bangalore, I paid 50000/- in two installments for taking delivery franchise of shoptelezon which is in Indore. I got this advertisement on the internet. After receiving the money there is no response. …then i gave online complaint via voxya consumer forum, then i received 25K. they asked me to remove the complaint, after removing the complaint, they are not ready to pay the remaining 25K and again there is no response
