Cheated & Froud SMS Service Provider

We have purchased 50000 SMS from SMS Bazar, Hyderabad. they have given API but every time we send sms to clients 10% SMS delivers rest will not reach to client, but it shows that message has been delivered. so many times I contacted every they says Net work problem, Your message have problem. When we call to their office the madam says, talk to Rao sir (Rao is the owner). Last 3 months every thing was stopped, all their contacts are not in service, their website is not working, completely cheated us and they have given me a big loss . We dont have any source to track them.
