Cheated for Reliance Broadband Connectio

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I had subscribed for Reliance Broadand and paid the amount of Rs.1150 on 26th june 2013. Till today the connection is not been installed and the executives named as Bhupalan – 9025757591 and Ebinson – 9363122357 are not responding to my calls from past 6 days. I am very frustrated with the service and lost the interest with Reliance. Please help me in getting my money refunded.
