DS Fashion from Tamil Nadu cheated us by taking 50% advance 89000, Indian Rupees from CNB Exports and promised to make 1700 cotton t shirts in 25 days and its almost 65 days and he has not made our t shirts and now not returning our money. he is not taking our calls. We are lodging a complaint against such culprit and request complaint board to take action so that he doesn’t cheat any other company.

DEAR SIR/MADAM (to whom so every it may concern)…. I am happy to share with the information about the issues between Mr. Nitin mengi on me kumar – ds fashions tirupur. We are in the position to give th explanations of this issues. This buyer Mr. Nitin – cnb exports jointed and placed order through Indiamart.com. we had received enquiry/order + 50% advance payment. After some technical issues (change of colour standard) we are not able to make the t’shirt in-time, so the buyer mr.nitin has been cancelled and the advance payment 100% re-paid to them. We have all payment re-fund receipt with us. However kindly check with the official people of Indiamart.com. and personaly we have no bad thing with Mr. Nitin mengi, basically he is good person.

People contact him online to place orders. He takes advance from them but never gives them the delivery then he will tell them one reason or the other for delay.He will keep you hanging to dry for months. If you ask him to return money he will tell you to shut up. Nitin is the only one who fell victim to this Krishna Kumar. He does not even fear police. Do not do any business with him. It will be the worst mistake of your life.

I am Venkat Prasanna from chennai, i have place a order for 100 Jersey TShirts. Krishnakumar, the proprietor of DS Fashions asked me to pay the full amount of 42500 then only he can process the production and deliver the goods by a weeks time. I have paid the amount of 42500. After receiving the payment he is not replying to my mails nor responding to my calls. I made my payment on december till now there is no reply from him. I request the complaint board to take action and help me getting my money back.

Please guy don’t trust DS fashions the company is fraud company they eat people money. Ds fashion is cheater company, i have placed them the order of 4800 T-shirts i paid him full amount not refund from last 6 months I request consumer forum to take action against Ds fashions.
