I have purchased one membership vide Member ship No – CVCDG1V10LB150399 of Country Vacation 10 years holidays package in June 2013 costing approx Rs.79000/-. And approx Rs.8000/month as amc charges. Two years amc charges i have paid i.e. total i have paid to country vacation Rs.87000/- till date. Purchased from Country Vacation Office from where i purchased the member ship Sco-44-45, Above Punjab National Bank, Top floor, sector-9d, Madhya marg, Chandigarh. pin code-160009. Ph.no :0172-4994102. At that moment they explained everything and assured that if i will book holiday in 3 month advance they will book it surely. But now the case is i am asking booking for Goa in first week of Oct 2014 but in first attempt they refused. The situation is they have stopped to reply my mails. I can show the e-mails as proof. So i have to pay for my family holidays from my pocket. This was the first time when i tried to book holidays through Country Vacations in Oct first week (from 2nd to 5th Oct) in Goa. Need booking for 2 couples (4 adults) 1 Kid. Even after 3 months advance booking not available. At the time of selling this holidays package they assured that holidays will be definitely confirmed if booked in 3 months advance. Now i am feeling as looted. At the time of selling membership they said that they have associate properties in all major locations in India as well as abroad. Now the condition is in their own property they dont have booking and another place of wish they dont have property. Normally one plan for holidays as per vacations his family gets. Now there is no use of this holiday package for me. I have to spent extra now. Day before yesterday i write this complaint on their facebook page. But their administrator deleted those comments and blocked me to write further on that page in future. I am feeling as cheated now. Service is very unsatisfactory. Now when i am asking to refund my money they have stopped replying my e-mails. please help me to get back my hard earned money back.
