I feel cheated by the way , I was tread by Tata Sky. I am a suscriber of Tata Sky with id 1001053923.
My settop box is not performing with a serious audio problem. I have Been following with the customer care cell for the last 1 week.
At 3 seperate count, I received SMS from tata sky that my problem is treated and taken care by some person (Name mentioned). In actuality nothing happened and the problem still persist.
I have all the relevant proofs of my claim.
The case is a breach of trust by Tata Sky in terms of services to be provided.Also it is a cheating case
