Cheated by TATA Docomo service

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Amrita University

I have paid Rs. 300.00 for Prepaid to Postpaid connection, after one week my new SIM not activated and when I tried to reach customer care they just ignore the query and not ready to respond for the complaint.
