They sent me a message on 27th june(5:37pm) that Todays Special Offer : Special RC54, 2200 Local & National SMS , validity 30days. Offer sudhu ajjker jonno.(Bonus 1100 SMS 2dine)..i recharged on that day and got 1100 sms’,i thought i will get bonus 1100 sms within 2days,when i phoned the customer care after 2days for the enquiry of getting the bonus benifit they tell me our system is not showing that we have sent that type of message on that day,they forcefully ignored that commitment and cut the call and diverted my call,,when i phoned them from another docomo no they tell me that offer is sent on 28th june not 27th june,if they dont keep their commitments then why they send such bullshits???
