Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a call from delhi no. 011 33241401 / 33241285 / 08285425331 by Mr. Rahul Sharma saying call from reliance office delhi, explained me reliance guaranteed money back plan…

The Plan explained by Swadesi Insurance Company ( Mr. Rahul Sharma )is

Yearly Premium is Rs. 30000/- till 5 Years

Medical Health Cover for whole family of Rs. 7.5 lacs

Tax benefit under 80C

commission amount as a bonus amount is Rs. 10000/- with in 3 months after paying each Premium.

After 5 Years i will get Guaranteed Rs. 2,10,000/- (2.1 lac)

if i can’t withdraw policy after 5 years & keep for another 10 years then i will get 10% of paid premium i.e. Rs. 3000/- per month till 10th year &

after 11th year Rs.22500/- on 11th ,12th 13th 14th years & at the end of 15th year i will receive cheque of Rs. 2,10,000/- ( 2.1 lc) plus cheque of Rs. 60000/-

After receiving Welcome kit after 20 days i will receive Bond Paper on which all the above mentioned benefits are written but till date i can’t received any bond paper & the things all the explained were false when I got the policy document.

My policy number is 50111086 dated 9/5/2012 adviser name : Swadesi Insurance Company & Adviser code is 20762384

Even if I call them, they do not pick up the phone, if they pick up, they hear and cut the phone.not sure if these are correct names as well, they are not picking phone.Please take strict actions against them, and also please help me getting my Rs.30000/- back, I dont want any such policy, and reliance should take strict actions against such fraud brokers.

if i can’t get help from Reliance Insurance Company then i will be file case in CONSUMER COURT AS WELL AS MUMBAI HIGH COURT VERY SOON.
