CHEATED BY SERVICE PROVIDER

Respectable consumer forum,

From last 3 years on wards I am using tata indicom bearing no.9248033345. On may 24th for mobile net activation I recharged with Rs. 95/- but even though I recharged net is not activated. I gave a complaint to 121 call center several times. They replied that my mobile dose not support, so they advised me to buy the new mobile which supports the net even though I bought that mobile costing Rs. 10,000/-.The net hasn’t been connect. Again I requested the customer support, they told that the sim which I am using does not support so buy OMH sim. As per they told I bought that sim and got it activated. After I bought that sim the net started activating till june 22ND . Again on june 22ND I recharged it with Rs. 95/- for mobile net. From that day onwards the net was not woking again gave a complaint repeatedly it started working on july 7TH. Again on july 22ND it got dis connect. It worked only 15 days. On 23rd I again got it recharged I received a message that I have successfully recharged with an id number 100001748587925. it worked only for 2 hours. Due to this irregular dis connetion I am very much fedup with this. I has a grate loss more than Rs.50,000/- because my profession is stock broking that’s why I am sending you this grievance. For bought all losses beared till now because of the telecom service provider. Please give me the compensation with providing net connection.
