Sir , I am buy one hdfc policy thru Mr. Vimal Mehta who inform to my husband Mr. “Satish Chander “Mr. Mehta told he is the HDFC life company employee in senior post in sector 18 Branch, he call thru mobile No:- 07838322356, on 25th September 2012, he explain the policy benefit as
1. In the first year We will pay Rs.30000.00, and we will received 15000.00 back within 3 month and than second year ( September 2013 ) again we will pay premium 30000.00 and will received 10000.00 within a month and than 3rd year ( September 2014 ) we can close the policy and bank will pay me 140000.00,
2. In this policy bank will provide us Mediclaim in Rs 100000.00 cover two person in family
When we ask him where you put my money who give me so many return just two years premium only. Than he said he is the most senior employee in hdfc bank open once in a years to sale this kind of policy and in this policy that is the bonus and extra benefit which company give to sailing person and that person return to policy holder. When I ask to Mr. Mehta can this all the think in mention in my policy bond than he said yes, he will provide us all the conversation CD’s and written in policy original bond. Than we agree to buy this policy.
After that next days I was received a call from HDFC land line nos, and the calling person ask me you are okay to buy this and I was also inform that person mr. Mehta told me I will pay only two years and he said yes, than again I was received a call from same nos one of mr. Rahul jain and I was also told mr. jain what mr. Mehta promises me. Mr. Mehta and Mr. Jain confirm whenever I feel any problem about this policy than we can contact, he will always with us.
We was give 30000.00 Rs cheque our syndicate bank rajinder nagar new delhi branch and one cancelled cheque in my husband OBC bank.
I was received policy dox in 8th October 2012 but on that time one of my family member was in series condition in dengue fever so I was not seen the policy paper, when we was read the policy dox on dated 14th October 2012 than I was call to mr. Mehta and ask him why is not mention all the promises in policy dox than he said this is not the original dox and this is only activation latter and this paper was made in our Mumbai office and they send one copy to you and another copy to me when me ( mr. Mehta ) received that paper I will make original policy paper and send to you, we was instruct mr. Mehta if I will not received original paper with mention all the promises and all our conversation CD’s within a week than I will go to HDFC office and return this policy.
On 17th October 2012 My husband received a call from Noida land line nos which is 0120 6470651, calling person one of Lady, she said she is from HDFC office and this call for medical card confirmation for name spelling , when I ask her who is mr. Mehta and all the promises is fact which mr. Mehta inform me and she confirm me yes all the things are ok, my husband conversation appx 15 minutes with that lady. She inform me we will received medical card / original policy dox and all conversation CD’s within a week. And she also confirm me if you will not received original policy dox than you have a three month time to cancel this policy.
After a week when I was not received any paper from HDFC than I will call to both the nos land line and mobile and not body can pass my phone to mr. jain or mr. Mehta. We was call appx 50 times to both the nos.
When I was not success to talk mr. Mehta than we both the person husband and wife go to HDFC Life A-4 pashchim vihar branch for free look my policy and submit the policy original dox and free look form to counter.
After submit free look paper I was ask who is mr. Mehta in HDFC than one of HDFC employee seen my policy and inform me this policy agent from Mayur vihar delhi.
I was shocked , when I was buy this policy from HDFC employee than whey mr. Mehta sold this policy to one of agent. I don’t know what is the mr. Mehta profit ?
After that my husband was tried to talk mr. Mehta I was make so many call like appx 100 calls but I was not success to talk to mr. Mehta and mr. jain.
Whichever person pick my husband phone my husband explain that person and than person say yes, these all the promises is in your policy and you should wait until three month and my husband told that person as per hdfc record the one day over free look period , if they have not listen after one day than what they listen my request after 3 month,
When I was fully hope less than I was call to consumer court helpline nos, and they advice me to send the latter to HDFC Numbai.
BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY WRITTEN ANSWER FROM HDFC ABOUT MY COMPLAINT AND JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FOR DENIED MY FREE LOOK REQUEST DUE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION AFTER 30 DAYS BUT THEY HAVE NOT INFORM ME WHAT ABOUT MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MR. VIMAL MEHTA WHO IS EMPLOYEE OR AGENT
