Cheated by giving bad quality product causes health problem

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had purchased one bed (Diwan cum Bed) from M/S BAJAJ FURNITURE HOUSE, SHOP NO-55, GAMMA-1, JAGAT FARM, GREATER NOIDA, GB NAGAR (U.P.) on dated 01/08/2012 of Rs 13500 under which he promised to give us 1 year guarantee on wood & mattress.
After 6 months we have noticed that its mattress gets damaged badly. Same was informed to Mr Amanat Rizvi (Mob-9350527446)of Bajaj Furniture but he have not acted upon this. Lots of follow ups has been taken but he is not taking any action on the same.
We are suffering from backache due to bad quality of mattress. So I request you to pls look into the matter & resolve the same until it gets delayed & cause any severe pain.
