sir i am sanjoy from orissa i recharge my airtel mobile no 9853310628 online on 30/04/2016 via my airtel app of Rs100/ from my bank of india debit card having transection id 160430635179 bank statement no-MEDR/www.airtel.i/924575/ and my complain no in airtel customer care is CONRC 30430611132 money has been deducted from my account but recharge is not sucessful when i contact the customer care on 01/05/2016 he is misbehaving me and thretening me you do what ever you like to do money will not refunded to you as you know i am a poor disable person please help me to give justice to me.
