I have convert my no. prepaid to postpaid when aircel company representative said the postpaid plan is Rs.249(Credit Limit is 750). (As per bill Post paid Connection Activate on date 17-12-2013 and stopped on date 20-12-2013) And after starting the postpaid connection within 4 days my outgoing calls are stopped When I approach the coustomer care they said your service is stopped due to overbilled then I ask to coustomer care executive how is it possible i have use my no. only three days & my phone bill is overdue I said plz explain my bill then he said your bill is not generated yet so we can’t explain then I said I am not paying this bill. And my bill is generated on dt. 27.12.2012. Please tell me now what should i do?
