Each voucher entitles the bearer to 2Nights 3Days free holiday accommodation in any
Affordable Sales Promotions affiliated resort within India only, subject to the chosen destination and the date of travel being contractually available.
The offer is available for a maximum of 4 adults.
. The accommodation is subject to the voucher holder providing us with a choice of two separate destinations for a single date.
Meals, transport such as Rail/Air fares , Airport transfers and any kind of personal expenses which includes usage of extra bed, heater laundry, telephone and any other paid leisure facilities at the Resort/Hotel are not included in this holiday voucher.
Please ensure all fields in the redemption voucher are duly filled to avoid your form getting rejected.
• A single voucher cannot be split in terms of days/destinations. However, both the vouchers can be clubbed together and redeemed for a 4N/5D Holiday at the same resort/destination or two separate holidays of 2N/3D each over a period of 12 months. Please note while you redeem both the vouchers for a single holiday of 4N/5D the maximum occupancy allowed will be for 4 adults only which means these vouchers can only be clubbed to extend the nights or to facilitate the bearer with an option to utilise them at two different locations during the same trip and cannot be utilised for Group booking facilitating more than 4 adults to use the vouchers together at the same resort/location on identical dates. Group Booking is strictly prohibited as per the tnc of this offer.

This voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase of this pack from Bag It Today and entitles the bearer to avail the offer up to 12 months from the date of purchase which means the bearer of this voucher needs to submit their holiday booking request within 90 days from the date of purchase for any holiday that they want to take in 12 months from the date of purchase of the voucher. In the event of failure to send the booking form within the mentioned 90 days time frame, the voucher will be deemed as expired.
Should you choose to travel in the next month of sending the booking form, please note we would then be requiring 21 days prior notice from the date of receipt of the booking form to process your booking. There is a Black out period from the 20th of Dec till the 7th of Jan each year.

All booking request vouchers need to be received at this address by Affordable Sales Promotions as specified during the time of redemption along with a proof of identification. Alternatively you can fill it online in three easy steps as detailed below:

Bag It Today its affiliates/officers/employee /agents and distributors have no liability in relation to any claims, losses, damages whether direct or indirect arising out in relation to stay during the holiday. Bag It Today its affiliates/officers/ employees will not be responsible or liable to meet any claim of the customer against any accident, injury or death etc. caused to the customer or any of the member, either in the course of their stay in relation to the said Holiday Voucher or in any other manner or at any place in relation to the said Holiday Voucher.
No changes can be made to the accommodation booked once the booking has been confirmed. Any changes or cancellations to the additional services will be made in line with standard terms and conditions which will be advised at the time of booking.
Bookings are subject to availability in case customer chooses to stay at a particular Resort. However, we honour any of the two choices of Destinations specified.
Bookings will also be entertained through our customer care helpdesk number 0120-6182100 once we receive the Booking Voucher. The customer care helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 17:30PM. The customer care helpdesk shall not be available on weekends and Public Holidays.
Any person availing this promotional offer shall be considered explicitly agreeing to the complete terms and conditions of holiday package. .
Bag It Today and Affordable Sales Promotions, the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible for loss, stolen, destroyed or delayed in the post of confirmation form and travel documents.
Bag It Today and Affordable Sales Promotions, the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to present the confirmation forms on check-in to the affiliated resorts resulting in no admittance.
Photocopies, defaced or incomplete vouchers will not be accepted. In the event of the voucher getting stolen or lost, replacement voucher will not be provided.
The vacation offer is non transferable, non negotiable, non redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original voucher certificate.

A confirmation letter through email will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be mentioned there in.
Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
The offer does not include any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
Consumer escalations and disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
