I bought a dell laptop from my computers (atharva) shop nagpur.
the shopkeeper handed me a dubai laptop but said it belongs to india. after 4 months i came to know about it when i called the dell customer care.
Then i said the shopkeeper to either replace the laptop or atleast extend the warranty, and i was ready to pay the required fees but he refused and said he will not do anything and said me to do whatever you can.
now he is not providing any service.
also the warranty of the laptop started in september itself but i purchased it in december. The shopkeeper said the warranty starts from the day you purchase it. this was the another lie from the shopkeeper.
