dear dear sir/madam
i have received order 813473 for delivery of watch of united colours of benetton in which the company (100bestbuy.com) says that i have won the contest and watch is absoluely free only courier and service tax chgs will be levied of total amount 7900/- for home delivery and given me watch @799 delivered at bahaglpur.
i m sorry to say watch is not working at all.i feel completely cheated about the product and it seems online portal 100bestbuy has not responded after delivery of the product. ihave 1500 friends who are asking about your product .how can i concvince them
about it.your are requested to kindly help the innumerous customer who have been cheated by this type of product continously as it never seems an expensive watch worth Rs 7900/ which they have committed on telephone .
pls respond to my mail for changing the product or closing this fraud portal 100best buy.com
