Cheated and overcharged without informing

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Naaptol.com

I purchased an item on Naaptol.com on 9 month EMI scheme after confirming with the customer care that I will not be charged a processing fee. While making payment the invoice and online screens also made no mention of any additional amount. This is clear cheating. I have screenshots of the invoice. I also have screenshot of another purchase made on EMI that clearly displays the amount of processing fee.

All my calls and even emails to CEO Manu Agarwal are going unheeded. No one has even bothered calling me once to address this.

What is the legal course of action I can take?
