VATRAM is the name of a designer at Kalyani Nagar, Pune. They also undertake stitching jobs. I had given my salwar kameez and 5 blouses to be stitched, jn November, 2009. They had asked for an advance payment of Rs.500/-which was given along with the clothes to be stitched. The lining cloth for salwaar kameez was also given, as it was of pure shifon georgette, In bandhani style.
All the saree blouses were spoiled in the stitching. Also the cloth which I had given was not returned. Instead, the cloth that I had given for linning, was stitched as salwaar kameez and was returned to me insisting that it was the only clothes given by me.
They are not ready to alter the blouses which was not of my fitting at all. Also they are not ready to even take my phone calls or talk to me about this matter. What can I do??? Please advise at your earliest.
