hello, im gitesh gawand top communications company took 200rps and ddocuments from me before 1 mont related to convert my tata docomo prepaid card into postpaaid, they have given me a blank sim card and said it will be activated in 3days bt now arround from last 20days im calling to them to ask why my sim not converted yet but they are not answering my call from my number but i i call from another number they pickup n says will u call after 5minutes till the day im waiting for call. please help me out.
