I bought idea sim for participating in KBC and have no use other than that.
Today,when i recharged my phone,after half hr,i received message that rs 40 has been deducted from my phone and caller tune has been activated,without doing anything or applying for anything.When i contacted customer care ,they said servers are down and they cant even raise the complaints.This means that they can charge you any time without any reason and you have no option other than just let it happen.
And This is not the first time when they deducted the money.
This company has become the BIggesT CHOR ki ab jabasdasti apne consumers se paise nikalenge.
