Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Samsung tab 3 T2110 on 27.07.2013 from AM Mobile Telecom Pvt. Ltd., Shop – 039B, Metropolis Mall, Hiland Park, Garia, Kolkata – 700094, Phone No. 033 – 40011246, Mobile – 9836315300 & 9831716119 against Invoice no. AM/BOHP/1006 dated 27.07.2013 amount 17500.00. Sales man told him for tab features, subject Tab having connectivity with Pen drive & expandable memory is 64 GB. I had purchased a OTG cable to connect Pen Drive, but no connectivity. Again, went to shop for our Tab connects to pen drive. Shop sales man also try to connect with my OTG cable, but not connect. Sales man told him, OTG cable faulty. He try to connect with new OTG cable, but still not connect. After that, salesman enquired from Samsung company, Company Said, Samsung Tab 3 T2110 has been not having pen drive connectivity hardware, so not connect to pen drive.
Then, sales man told me, this Tablet not connect with Pen Drive & for connectivity you purchase upgraded tab amount approx 24000.00.
Please help me, why purchase upgraded tab amount 24000.00. If i am spend 24000.00 for tab, why i am not purchase laptop? I had purchased Tab3 T2110 due to sales man told all mentioned features are their.
Sales man is cheat me & blackmail to purchase upgraded Tab amount 24000.00 for Pen drive connectivity features.
Please should you take necessary action……
I am very harassed after spent amount of Rs. 17500.00
