I have made some investment of around 190000 to the company “Sumangal Group” by the agent “Sanjeep Saha” on 2011 and 2012 for one year.
But as promises by the company i’m not receiving any refund. and the company is denied to refund my cash in fact the original money, they are saying that all the documents they provided me are not original. they ware blaming there agent for all those.
I therefor requesting to take a action against the company as well as the agent.
