I had seen the offer at *121*11# on Airtel, Offer was that If we recharge 124 RS , we will receive 1 GB 2G data with 30 days validity.hence I had recharged on 3 numbers (9662636247 , 9601587199 , 9601547195). But I received only 625 MB 2G data with 18 days validity. So I called to costumer care and they replied me that I have to recharge with my mobile then I get above offer If I recharge by retailer then I do not get that offer. I am shocked because It were not mentioned any where that I have to recharge with my mobile So this is the way to cheat customer, I hope that Airtel will be punished.
