I have purchased Penatl tablet penta IS709c on 21.01.2013 and after a month it was not getting on. I submitted tablet to service center and after a month of submitting i got a call from service center to collect new tab from there. when i checked new tab problem was same its not getting on and i submitted again to service center on 14.03.2013.
when i called for the status of my tab to customer care on 04.04.2013 customer care executive replied me that they have received tablet in broken condition.
But i deposited table in proper condition. and now customer care executive saying that they will not provide me any kind of warranty on tablet. I have the receipt for submitting tablet in proper condition.
Kindly help me out from this cheat company.
