RESPECTED SIR,
I changed my prepaid no to postpaid in march, when i got a call from customer care saying that in postpaid i will have 3G free and 750 mins of call free either local or sTD. I thought its gd i dont have to recharge my modem in which i using other vodafone no for internet.the person who came to my house he also said the same thing, i signed everywhere..but after 10 days i saw my unbilled amount is increasing everyday..i talked to customer care ,they told other than call nthng is free..i was shocked ..i told them that internet was the only reason i took the postpaid but they started saying sorry and saying it might b sme mistake..i really feel i was being cheated…then i activated my internet of 125 for 1GB 2G..and last month i paid 1730 bill,,.being a student i was tough for me,..but i was afraid that they might close my no so i paid….now for the april month i already called 3 to 4 times,,and checked all the services are activated or not…they say yes ..no need to wry..i was happy…but on 5th may after 1 month complete i received the BILL OF RS 4274..I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT…I TALKED TO THEM..THEY SAY I HAVE USED 1.2 GB NET AND FOR 280MB THEY ARE CHARGING 2800..THIS IS RIDICULOUS …I TOLD THEM THAT THERE EXCEUTIVE TOLD ME..EVRTHNG WILL B ACTIVATED AGAIN..NO NEED TO RECHARGE IN POSTPAID…NOW AGAIN THEY R SAYING SOORY AND SAYING THERE MIGHT SME MISTAKE…AND I HAVE TO PAY THIS MUCH…MY OUTGOING CALLS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED…SIR I AM A STUDENT I JUST GET 5000 RS FROM MY HOME…HOW WOULD I PAY THIS MUCH..:(..I TOLD THEM I M READY TO PAY…THE CALL CHARGES..BUT I M NT GOING TO PAY WHOLE BILL…PLZ HELP ME..AND SAY WAT I HAVE TO DO…THANKKING U
