Cheat by False Offer

Location/place: Asansol, West Bengal

Name of company/service: Vodafone

On 18/03/2013 I received an offer through sms by my my mobile service provider vodafone which was “Recharge with BC 34 and get all local at 1paise/2seconds for 60 days!!” I recharged with Rs.34/- but after 30 days vodafone stop the offered service. when i asked them by dialing 198 they denied to continue the offered service and when i want to register complain they refuse to register any complain. My mobile no.9564761199. Now i want to register complain and get my money back.
