The amount Rs 410/- is not significant but the thing is if this is the new way that online retailers have found to make money and is it happening to many people and just because this is not addressed retailers like this one have taken things for granted..
i had purchased a cooler of khaitan on 1st June from jail road dealer. after 1 day the cooler was not working. i had personally called the electrician who told me that the pump is not in workable condition. then i had repeatedly complaining to khaitan company of my complain number 10221. but they had not reverted it back since then. i am a senior citizen and they are harrasing me like this/ please do the needful.
