Charing Unnecessarily

Hi All,
I have faced a worst scenario with TATA DOCOMO. I used to have a rate cutter of Rs.28. Once the validity of the booster is getting expired. The provider has sent a message for the renewal procedure of 28 booster. They mentioned *121*227#. When I activated it. Rs 27 booster was activated. This is not my mistake. When I asked the customer rep he simply said you have made a mistake. I got frustrated and tried to move to another provider. I got a call from DoCoMo rep and she said she ll be reducing the Tarrif and make steps to refund the 27 rs. I said fine. Its about a month I dint get that amount. When I call to the rep and asked for status he said we cant do any thing. Not only this. Today I have sent a mail from my mobile through tata DoCoMo interner services. They have charged 70 rs. I have used 7.20 MB. Communication in india is that costly?? I feel ashamed to say that I am also a TATA EMPLOYEE
