Charging Pocket internet that I have not requested

Aircel is charging pocket internet charges in May 2016 Billing ( Mobile no. 9716451317). It before I have paid many Rupees of pocket internet. Aircel customer care says you have to paid this amount & the charges will reverse in your next bill but Aircel never reverse the charges & does not deactivate this service. This time I will not pay this charges. Now please reverse this charges & deactivate this pocket internet asap. Otherwise I will stop this aircel number….

    We would like to inform you that your requested for PI pack deactivation on date 1st Jun’16 and pack will be deactivate on next bill cycle 26th-June-16 after that no charges will be apply for PI pack on your number.
