I gave my Honda Amaze for servicing in the service centre.while in service centre the car’s body was damaged.the service centre is not taking the responsibility and saying that I will have to claim insurance and will have to pay whatever charges the insurance company says because it was damaged due to halestorm.its there responsibilty to keep my car safe while in service centre but they are denying.
