Dear Sir,
Yesterday at 1035am, i was taking an incoming call. The call was cut after saying a couple of words, and deducting an amount of Rs 21.
On July 15, an ring tone was installed without my requesting for that and resulting in deducting Rs about 30. I was very surprised and quite annoyed of it, and the ring tone was a christian religious song, whereas we are a Muslim family.
Yesterday I call the idea customer service no. on 458 at 1830pm, but the customer service official was very unruly as he was unnecessarily stretching the communication that was very simple and straightforward. Please remember this customer service call is chargeable.
Kindly look into it and sort out this issue by refunding the above two amounts at your earliest convenience.
