I am not using more data on mobile internet however its being charged at extra cost. Always they say its been consumed so I dont understand how the bill is getting charged and that too Rs. 500 for some MB. The retailer showroom says its 50 MB, customer care says 30 MB and bill is for 65MB. How is this possible?
Also, have not connected datacard but the message received that data is completely consumed. Not sure how this is happening?
Please look into this.
