Charging Extra taxes on the MRP

Location/place: Bangalore/Koramangala

Name of company/service: United Colors of Benetton (UCB), Forum Mall, Bangalore

UCB is giving 35% of discount on MRP and when they are generating the Bill after discount again they are collecting 5.5% of taxes, which is unjustified. Which means every consumer is paying 11% of tax on MRP. We tried to verify the same from another store and we found that they are not charging anything extra taxes on the discount price value.
